Making a conference happen requires a fair amount of money. To help us keep the ticket price low, we're supported by many lovely people.

We’re a not-for-profit event, so we depend on ticket sales. But to keep the price affordable and still cover all the other things that make a conference great, we rely on selected supportes. We want to introduce some of them here today, and say thanks.

Devjobs.at is Austria’s first job board made especially for software developers. It was made by developers for developers, right from the start. The twist with this platform is that every job listing and company presentation is tailored to the needs of programmers, giving a much better insight into a potential employer’s IT department.

To match everyone with the right job, devjobs.at uses a new AI-based approach. Even though it only launched in june this year, more than 500 developers are already using the site daily.

Durchblicker is Austria’s biggest platform to compare prices. They help customers lower their monthly expenses by finding the best deal on a variety of services - whether it’s insurance, electricity, gas or phone plans.

The mozilla foundation really needs no introduction. For more than 20 years, they have fought to keep the web open, independent and accessible. At webclerks as well, mozilla is helping us make the event more inclusive. Their support goes towards financing the live-captioning of talks and announcements.

We were also lucky enough to announce our event at this year’s mozilla developer roadshow when it came to Vienna in September.

Nic.at is the official domain registry for all Austrian at domains. The team processes registrations and data modifications and is an important player for the national Internet community. Through constant exchange with their international partners and ongoing product innovations, nic.at remains always ahead of the pack.
